When I Was 14 Years Old
|I started my first business, car valeting – with nothing more than a bucket and a sponge. By the time I was 15, I had friends working for me and was earning more money than my teachers. This led to a string of other teenage businesses including landscaping and being a mobile DJ.|
Then At 18 Years Old
|I was offered the role of sales manager at Debenhams, making me the youngest sales manager in company history; which led to me being awarded the prestigious British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards.|
Worked With Premier League Football Clubs
|I then worked with with a number of English Premier League clubs, where I helped them to agree a number of sponsorships and licensing agreements, tripling their retail sales.|
Helped Build a £240m Property Business
|I was then approached to help grow a property portfolio that had a revenue stream in excess of £240m per year.|
Launched Phil M Jones Ltd
|In 2008, I decided to put my “Big Boy Pants” on and started my own business teaching others how to optimise and grow their businesses through the art of selling|
Launched My One-Day Workshop
|Within the first 12 months, I trained over 2,500 people as part of my workshop before licensing my training across the UK, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand.|
Two Best-Selling Books
|I launched two books, ‘ToolBox’ and ‘Magic Words’ which both achieved Amazon Best-Selling status – these two books have remained incredibly popular|
Won a Host of Awards
|In 2013, I was fortunate enough to be recognised by the prestigious fellowship of Professional Speakers Association, then a few months later, I became the youngest ever winner of the coveted Sales Trainer of the Year award.|
Spoke Across 56 Countries
|By the end of 2014, I had spoken in 56 different counties across five continents; including Iran, Australia, Colombia, Dubai, Canada, Eastern Europe and 35 US states.|
Trained Two Million People Globally
|In 2016, I proudly reached the milestone of training more than two million from around the world on the subject of selling, through my speaking, training and coaching.|
Launched My Network Marketing Coaching
|I started training and sharing my expertise with network marketers, training more than 5,000 members from around the world – as well as writing the UK’s best selling network marketing book of 2016, Philosophies.|
Opened New York Office
|In late 2016, we celebrated the opening of our second office in New York City – which now splits my time between London and the Big Apple.|
