What business are you in? We are ALL in the people business. And this is one of the discussions that David and I had on this Path to Mastery podcast.
One lesson I’d like to pull out is this:
Many of the people I know who have had proven success and a long term track record in sales have the same thing in common. They understand that integrity and doing what you say you will is the real truth of influencing other people effectively. If you see sales as something to win, there is always a loser. Don’t let that be your customer.
