And beyond even my historic ambition could have imagined, the dream performance was being delivered to a LIVE audience, in a theatre, off-Broadway in NYC!

The achievements attached to that milestone are still sinking in. Life sometimes moves so fast that you fail to even realise the magic in the moments.

That singular event, could well be the most important performance of my life.

Exceptionally re-invigorating

Having listened to this “workshop” about 3 separate times now, I find myself thinking in Phil Jones’ voice while I prepare for appointments or meetings. The levels of success really change your perspective on whether or not your day was productive or failed. Before listening to this, I would go days without sales and become extremely unmotivated, believing “I must be doing something wrong”. Now however, I ensure that I give the best representation of myself and my business and build my rapport. From there, many more opportunities are born and I treat that as a success. I use many of the steps discussed in this workshop in my daily life even outside of work. For anyone in sales or curious about sales, I cannot recommend this book enough. I would also recommend this book to anyone who doesn’t have the easiest time communicating efficiently.

Absolutely wonderful.

This listen-as-an-event “audiobook” was perfectly fantastic and should be a must-listen for anyone wishing to hone in on some value-add considerations no matter your profession or level of expertise. Insightful, educational, and entertaining, this workshop presentation offers the basics along with the beyond when it comes to being better at sales, irrespective of being in sales or not and brings a very human approach to doing business and interacting with poise, purpose, and with personality.

Best of the best in my ear holes

Been a huge fan of all the books Phil has written and had the pleasure of watching him speaking multiple times and this is the PERFECT combo of book and stage with beyond actionable insights making me feel like it’s my own personal 1 on 1 training with Phil. I had the pleasure to attend this event in person LIVE at the Minetta Theatre. Listening for a second time to Phil’s process is always enlightening and provides so many helpful reminders I’ll continue to use it as a resource to refer to again and again. Phil is always at the top of his game…and how is content is presented is very digestible with clear action items to put into use right away.
